Fitness Class

Adopt a Soldier Program

Every month we will be sending a box of good wishes, goodies and games to a solder stationed in Iraq. Check the lobby for the soldiers name and a list of favorite things. Thank you everyone who donated last month!

Adult Day Health of Snoqualmie Valley

Our Adult Day Care,

A Certified Adult Day Health Program has Expanded, we are now offering the program on Wednesday too!
Program participants are adults who are extremely frail or suffer from dementia. The program provides individually designed therapies including nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and group activities to the client and reprieve for their caregivers. Local door to door transportation may be available. Call Tammy Clark for more information 425-333-4152.

Provides respite for caregivers and quality individualized programming. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Priced on a sliding scale, Medicaid may be available. Call 425-333-4152 and ask for Tammy Clark, social worker.

Artist Open Studio

Every Monday from 1 PM -3 PM, the center will host an open studio for artists. Bring your own project and get inspired by fellow artists. Mondays 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Free

Bingo

Nickel a game! All non-smoking! Free coffee! Every Tuesday and Friday 9:00 AM - Noon. FREE

Birthday Lunch

All members with a birthday this month are invited to a free lunch on the third Thursday at noon. We will even call and remind you!  Free for birthday kids $3.00 for all other seniors $5.75 for non-seniors.

Bridge Club-New Time!

A fun group that is growing every week. Call Virginia for details at 788-2019 or ERBL@juno.com. Every Friday 10:30 AM -3:00 PM. FREE

Blood Pressure Checks

Available daily 8 AM -4:00 PM with on our automatic machines. Every Wednesday retired EMT Rick Green is here to take your blood pressure for you! No sign-up necessary. Free

Caregivers Support Groups-New Day in Duvall!

Share the trials and joys of caregiving. Moderated by Social Worker Tammy Clark.

Every third Thursday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Center Free

Every 2nd Monday from 7:00pm until 8:00pm at the WRECK Center in Duvall

Coffee Time

Continental Breakfast is served daily featuring pastry, fruit, good company, and bad jokes. Monday through Friday 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM. $1 donation.

Computer Lab

Our computer lab is available for use by members anytime there is not a class being taught. We offer high speed internet access and a few basic games. Daily 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Free

Equipment Loans

Members can borrow from an assortment of walkers, potty seats, bath chairs, and crutches. Free

Exercise Class-Enhance Fitness

This program is designed especially for seniors and may be covered by Group Health plans or other insurance programs. Instructor, Paige Denison. Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30 AM -10:45 AM. $30.00 for twelve classes. 

Financial Planning

Free advice on your financial affairs by Dan Giluck Certified Financial Planner. We are no longer scheduling a regular time but Dan is still volunteering his services to our members. You can reach Dan at 425-788-0454.

Foot Care

Dale Snyder - Manicurist from Country Rose Salon at Stillwater will do mini-pedi's and trim toenails call 844-8816 for an appointment. Mention you are a Center member to get the discount. Cost $10.

If you have circulation problems, diabetes or are on blood thinners you need to have your nails trimmed by: Judy Ware, RN, will provide a foot soak and toenail trimming on the 1st and 3rd Thursday Cost $25.00

Garden Club-Lilies of the Valley

Led by Master Gardener Susan Miller. Members need to join the Northwest Perennial Alliance ($35 per person per year). They are on the go almost every month. Call Susan for days and a schedule of events 425-222-0790.

Historical Society -

Everyone is welcome to come and learn about the history of Tolt. Often featuring speakers. $5 annual fee. 2nd Wednesday of the month 7:00pm. 

In Case of Emergency Cards

Want a free laminated card with all your emergency infromaiton for you wallet? Stop by the Center and pick up an ICE form at the desk. Fill it out and place in an envelope and give to the receptionist. Kate will print and laminate your information and mail it to your home! Takes about a month. Free

Legal Advisor

Bill Hollowell, Attorney at Law, is available by appointment the 2nd Monday of the month, beginning from 1:00 PM -2:30 PM. Free

Library

Members can borrow books, puzzles and videos for free. Open daily from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Lunch

Monday through Friday the Center serves a hot lunch at noon. Keep your eye peeled for our special holiday lunches and Chef Kerstin's “made from scratch” meals. We also can package the meals “to-go.” Reservations recommended but not required. Daily Monday through Friday at Noon. Recommended donation $3 for Seniors. All others $5.75.

Naturopathic Clinic

Bastyr University will have a licensed Naturopathic doctor and advanced students at the Center every Friday, offering General Care. This program is open to the whole community. Call 425-333-4152 for an appointment. Free.

Massage

Judy Anwar, LMP will be offering one hour massages to members for $35 every Wednesday.  From 10 AM - 3:15 PM. Cost $35.

Meals On Wheels

40 menu selections for seniors needing pre-prepared meals for home use. Orders are taken on Tuesday for Friday delivery. They also offer discount pricing on Ensure and other supplements. Call Kate for more information. Suggested donation $3 per meal.

Notary Service

Free to members, call Kate for an appointment. Tuesday—Thursday. Free

Pet Food

This service is sponsored through the Humane Society of Bellevue. Monthly we receive dry dog and cat food. Some wet food is available but it is rare. We do not know when the food will be delivered but participants will have one week to pick up the food after we call them. To qualify all pets must be spayed and neutered and owners income less than $11,000 for an individual or $14,000 for a couple. Applications at the front desk.

Quilting Club

A friendly group that meets to work on their own projects or help each other kick start new projects. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays 9:00 AM - Noon. Free

Reflexology by Cecelia McCorkle

This foot therapy helps stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself by increasing circulation and promoting relaxation and well-being 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM every Monday. $20 per 30 minute session.

Richards Old Time Radio Show.

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 10:45  in the library. Requests welcome!

Salon Services

You can call downtown or make an appointment.Our professional Information & Assistance component can be reached at 1-800-972-9990.

Shuttle for Seniors

Where can you go on a Senior Shuttle? They will pick you up at your door and deliver you back home. Trips are restricted to the Snoqualmie Valley. Call them if you need to:

  • Go to the doctor
  • Pick up a prescription
  • Grocery Shop
  • Visit the salon
  • Come the Center for lunch
  • Visit a friend

And anywhere else you need to go!

Toe Nail Trimming

Tired of tying to do it yourself? If you suffer from diabetes, take blood thinners or have poor circulations make your appointment with our Footcare Program and Judy Ware RN. Otherwise you can get your nails done by Dale at Country Rose Salon for $10.
