Acupuncture
A time tested method
for improving wellness with Master of Acupuncture Sheila M. Blackman.

Adult Day Health of Snoqualmie Valley
Program participants are adults who are extremely frail or
suffer from dementia. The program provides individually designed therapies
including nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and group
activities to the client and reprieve for their caregivers. Local door to

Provides respite for caregivers and quality individualized programming. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Priced on a sliding scale, Medicaid may be available. Call 425-333-4152 and ask for Tammy Clark, social worker.
Artist Open Studio
Every Monday from 1 PM -3 PM, the center will host an open studio for artists. Bring your own project and get inspired by fellow artists. Mondays 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Free

Birthday Lunch
All members with a birthday this month are invited to a free lunch on the
third Thursday
at noon. We will even call and remind you! Free
for birthday kids $3.00 for all other seniors $5.75 for non-seniors.
Bridge Club

Charlene Somerville Sings to Us
On the 3rd Tuesday of every month soprano Charlene Sommerville sings two
songs during our lunch. Requests are encouraged, leave a note for Kate and
she will forward it to Charlene.
Coffee Time
Continental Breakfast is served daily featuring pastry, fruit, good company, and bad jokes. Monday through Friday 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM. $1 donation.
Computer Lab
We now
have two machines that are on-line . Monday through
Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
Dental Care
Dental hygienist cleaning services are now available by appointment every
fourth Thursday, beginning January. Prices start at only $75 which includes
a fluoride varnish. Clients must be over 60 years old and have a doctors
clearance before the cleaning.

Free Exercise Class-Enhance Fitness
This program is designed especially for seniors and may be
covered by Group Health plans or other insurance programs.

Garden Club-Lilies of the Valley
Led by Master Gardener Susan Miller. Members need to join the Northwest
Perennial Alliance ($35 per person per year). They are on the go almost

Historical Society-Tolt
Everyone is welcome to come and learn about the history of
Tolt. Often featuring speakers. $5 annual fee. 2nd Wednesday
of the month 7:00pm.
In Case of Emergency Cards
Want a free laminated card with all your emergency information for you
wallet? Stop by the Center and pick up an ICE form at the desk. Fill it
out and place in an envelope and give to the receptionist. Kate will
print and laminate your information and mail it to your home! Takes
about a month. Free
Jewelry Making Open Studio
Join Kerstin Houger
for an informal jewelry making open studio. We have a large assortment of
beads and supplies, or you can bring your own project.

Loaning Library
Members can borrow books, puzzles and videos for free. Open daily from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Lunch
Monday through Friday the Center serves a hot lunch at noon. Keep your eye peeled for our special holiday lunches and Chef Kerstin's “made from scratch” meals. We also can package the meals “to-go.” Reservations recommended but not required. Daily Monday through Friday at Noon. Recommended donation $3 for Seniors.
All others $5.75.
Naturopathic Clinic
Bastyr University will have a licensed Naturopathic doctor and advanced students at the Center every Friday, offering General Care. This program is open to the whole community. Call 425-333-4152 for an appointment.

Judy Anwar, LMP will be offering one hour massages to members for $35 every
Thursday. From 10 AM - 3:15 PM. Cost $35.
Meals On Wheels
40 menu selections for seniors needing pre-prepared meals for home use. Orders are taken on
alternate Tuesdays for Friday delivery. They also offer discount pricing on Ensure and other supplements. Call Kate for more information. Suggested donation $3 per meal.
Notary Service
Free to members, call Kate for an appointment. Tuesday—Thursday. Free
Pet Food
This service is sponsored through the Humane Society of Bellevue. Monthly we receive dry dog and cat food. Some wet food is available but it is rare. We do not know when the food will be delivered but participants will have one week to pick up the food after we call them. To qualify all pets must be spayed and neutered and owners income less than $11,000 for an individual or $14,000 for a couple. Applications at the front desk.
Quilting Club
A friendly group that meets to work on their own projects
or help each other kick start new projects. Meets on the 2nd
and 4th Wednesdays 9:00 AM - Noon. Free
Reflexology by Lisa Brock
This foot therapy helps stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself by increasing circulation and promoting relaxation and well-being 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM every Monday. $20 per 30 minute session.
Re-In-Carnation Thrift Store
Our thrift store it at
31845 W Commercial. Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am-4pm We
accept donations at the alley door Mon., Wed., Fri. and Sat., 9:00am to
noon. You can pick up a list of what we can and cannot take at the front
desk or on our website at snovalleysenior.org.
Safe Food Handling Class
Are
held the 2nd Monday of every month. Registration is required, come 15
minutes prior to the start of the class. Bring picture ID and a SASE if you want your card
mailed. 7:00-9:00pm $10.00

Shuttle for Seniors

Steak Dinner
Our steak dinners are
held on the second Saturday of every month during the school year except
December. We have two seatings, one at 4:30 pm and another at 6:30 pm.
Reservations are recommended. The meal is prepared and served by an all
volunteer staff. Adriana Armstrong and Malinda Gonnuscio are the chairs and
you can contact them at 206-963-1395 if you would like to volunteer.
NOTE: All items on the menu are prepared fresh to order. Consuming raw or
undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk
of food borne illness.

Veterans Assistance
Veterans’
Representative from WorkSource, Paul Sanchez, will be available to assist
