PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR FRAIL ADULTS AND RESPITE FOR
CAREGIVERS

your loved one.

Purpose
We serve adults experiencing physical, mental, or
social problems associated with stroke, dementia, Parkinson's,
Alzheimer’s and other conditions. We provide a safe and enjoyable
therapeutic activity program for frail and/or disabled adults living
in the greater Snoqualmie Valley area.
Fees
Fees are based upon a sliding scale. Medicaid and
State Respite coverage are available to qualified participants which
can reduce your out of pocket cost to zero.

Monday, through Thursday from 9:30 am -2:30 pm.
Transportation
Free door to
door transportation if space is available. All vans are equipped
with wheel chair lifts.
The Sno-Valley
Adult Day Health
is a Certified ADH program. It is offered through a cooperative
effort sponsored by the Sno-Valley Senior Center, Senior Services of
King County and the King County Aging Program.
